Overnight Stocking Associate | Back of House Retail Team Member
Location – Stansted Airport
Compensation – Competitive hourly wage + 15% night shift premium

Employment Type – Permanent night shifts, 35 hours per week.
Work Schedule – 3 days on, 3 days off.
As an Overnight Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and processing substantial deliveries, unloading pallet trucks, and distributing stock to both the sales floor and designated storage areas. Your keen attention to detail will ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected and handled appropriately, with any discrepancies reported to the supervising leader.
Additionally, you will play a key role in merchandising the sales floor, upholding outstanding operational standards, and ensuring that all processes are executed seamlessly.

- Physical capability to lift and transport stock
- Understanding of processing and managing high-volume deliveries and inventory
- Strong attention to detail and experience in accurately allocating stock
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional operational standards
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of spoken English
