Salary: Up to £18 per hour, equating to £39,780 (must be level 3 qualified painter for this salary/hour rate) + uncapped bonus – OTE 45-50k

Full-Time and Permanent

Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours a week with optional overtime available on a Saturday

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at our Accident Repair Centre in Totton, Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Running our spray booth to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Inspecting vehicles to ensure they are masked and prepared to the required standard
  • Mixing and matching colours to achieve the perfect match
  • Inspecting painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Carrying out repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards
About You:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced painter/prepper who is consistently outstanding and overachieves in their role. You must be able to:

  • Plan your workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
  • Work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Ensure all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines
  • Ideal candidates will be Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Paint Spraying
  • Candidates must have a full and valid driving license
