Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Programme Delivery Worker to join our team. As a Programme Delivery Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent youth work through various programmes across the borough. You will work closely with children and young people to address concerns related to sexual health and relationships, providing education, prevention, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver targeted services to children and young people, including workshops, assemblies, and community events.
  • Provide 1-1 psycho-education sessions with young people to address concerns related to healthy relationships and sexual health.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of organizations to deliver effective education and prevention programmes.
  • Engage with hard-to-reach and vulnerable groups, using a creative and dynamic approach.
Requirements
  • Experience and/or knowledge around healthy relationships and sexual health.
  • Confidence in planning and delivering group and one-to-one interventions and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of children, young people, partners, and stakeholders.
