Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a Main Contractor, based in the East Anglia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Full driving license
- Sound financial knowledge of Frameworks, Schedules of Rates, and Contracts
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
