Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with budget holders and mid-management teams to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Guidance: Assist non-financial professionals in navigating their financial responsibilities, including developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts.
  • Reporting: Deliver insightful financial reports that support decision-makers in understanding the financial landscape.
  • Operational Insight: Provide valuable technical and operational insights to Finance Partners and senior management to influence strategic decisions.
  • Internal Controls: Support the implementation of robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Stakeholder Support: Manage day-to-day queries and assist stakeholders in understanding their financial obligations.
  • Project Management: Deliver projects on time and collaborate on ad hoc initiatives as required.
