Hydraulics & Power Unit Assembly Team Leader

At Aston Martin Red Bull Racing, we're seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations, management, and development of our Hydraulics & PU Assembly Team (HYPU). In this role, you will ensure the efficient supply of components, assemblies, and resources to support our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Team and wider Assembly Group in meetings, supporting team objectives.
  • Promote the Supply Chain's performance framework (OGSM).
  • Collaborate with Production Control Group (PCG) to establish and complete daily build activity plans.
  • Ensure excellent communication across all teams, including traveling and factory-based personnel.
  • Establish and enforce department working standards working with the Quality Group to support faults/NCR processes.
  • Ensure assembly build integrity, including correct revisions, build specifications, and electronic build structures.
