Zest Dental Recruitment is working in partnership with an established independent dental practice in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, to recruit a Dental Practice Manager.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance, as well as helping drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all operational activities, including team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance.
- Help drive the business forward by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of dental services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze practice performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager to join a well-established dental practice in a beautiful 16th-century, grade 2 listed property. The practice provides a full range of NHS and private dental services, including general dentistry and specialist treatments such as Invisalign and Facial Aesthetics.
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance, and clinical compliance, as well as helping drive the business forward. You will work closely with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of dental services and develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
