Teaching Personnel is in search of dedicated educators to join schools in the Key Stage 2 sector. Candidates should possess prior teaching experience in a primary setting and be able to provide two professional references from the last two years to validate their capabilities. All applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a child workforce DBS registered on the update service. As a full-time educator, you will be responsible for completing essential duties, including administrative tasks, providing constructive feedback, and marking assignments as necessary. Adherence to the school's policies and procedures is mandatory.

We offer competitive remuneration for the successful candidate, starting at a minimum of £125 per day for Early Career Teachers (ECT), which can increase to £150 after the ECT period. This position is ideal for individuals with strong classroom management abilities, capable of effectively planning and delivering the curriculum to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lessons across all primary subjects.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular updates to parents and colleagues.
  • Deliver the prescribed curriculum in an engaging manner.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A genuine passion for education and student development.
  • Qualified teacher status with prior experience in a primary education role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
  • Proficient classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • DBS on the update service – child workforce only or willingness to apply.
  • Qualified teaching status.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
