Job Title: Postal Delivery Worker

Location: Banbury

Salary: £13.37 per hour

Hours: 8.00am to approximately 4.00pm, Monday to Saturday (with a rest day during the week)

We are currently recruiting 5 x Postal Delivery Workers to work on a temporary assignment, supporting Royal Mail at their Banbury Delivery Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering post and parcels to residential and commercial properties quickly and efficiently
  • Walking on a dedicated route which can be up to 10 miles per shift with completion required within a set timescale
  • Maintaining high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service
  • Sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office and delivering parcels via foot or van

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
  • No DR or IN endorsements for insurance purposes
  • Ability to drive vans
  • Pass a security vetting process
