Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process and ensure that it meets quality and productivity standards
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
