Bretsa is seeking experienced and qualified Nursery Nurses/Practitioners to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Islington area. Our nurseries have achieved multiple Ofsted "Outstanding" ratings, and we offer a range of benefits and a state-of-the-art setting.
Competitive Salaries and BenefitsWe offer competitive and progressive salaries, with base salaries starting at £25,015 p/a for qualified Nursery Nurses and £28,000 p/a for Room Leaders. Our loyalty bonus scheme adds £300 to annual salary for each 1 year of service. You will also receive 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
Training and DevelopmentWe provide a 13-week induction training period with a mentor to support your initial learning and development. You will also receive 3 inset training days per year, with an additional personal development plan implemented through regular supervisions with our management team. Annual performance reviews include a 360 team feedback survey and performance self-assessment.
Team Building and Social EventsWe value our team and offer monthly team meetings with free pizza, recognition awards for excellent performance, and a monthly team building social event with a £250 employer contribution to cost. We also host an annual Christmas party, completely free of charge.
