Main Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments, administer medication, and perform diagnostic tests to ensure patients receive high-quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized health plans to meet patients' needs, promoting health and well-being.
- Manage and treat long-term conditions, adhering to national and local policies.
- Prioritize health issues and intervene effectively in urgent or emergency situations.
- Support patients with sexual health and contraception needs, as well as cervical cytology consultations.
- Lead asthma, COPD, and diabetes clinics and reviews.

Requirements- Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
- Fundamentals of Practice Nursing course or equivalent experience/qualifications.
