Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a HGV Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining a mixed fleet of HGVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, including Scania, Volvo, DAF, Mercedes, and Ford trucks.
  • Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and work to the company's standards.
  • Previous experience working with refuse/council vehicles or sweepers and plant equipment is ideal.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a mobile HGV mechanic, HGV Technician, HGV fitter, or HGV engineer.
  • Experience in repairing Scania, Volvo, DAF, Mercedes, or Ford trucks.
  • Hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in heavy vehicle mechanics, automotive mechanics/engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Hold a Class 2/Class 1 (HGV1/HGV2) licence/C licence/C+E licence.
