Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site audits, implementing agreed plans, and ensuring completion

  • Work closely with audit juniors, reviewing their work and supporting their development
  • Responsible for on-site audit findings report, identifying and documenting areas of concern/risks
  • Develop good client relationships, adapting approach and communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Understand the impact on client relationships where there are multiple services offered
  • Offer support to team members and across other teams, sharing knowledge and getting involved

Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA Qualified
  • 1-2 years' post-qualification working in a similar environment
  • Experience of overseeing, training, and developing audit juniors
  • Experience of working with groups of companies, including MBOs, funding requirements, and business acquisitions
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
