**About the Role**

As a key member of the Edgworth Partners team, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's corporate communications and investor relations efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the success of our Energy Transition Fund.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to engage with key stakeholders and promote the fund's investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to provide timely and accurate information to investors and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies to promote the company's brand and values.

**Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar investor relations or corporate communications role, preferably in the private equity or asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of investor relations and corporate communications principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
