About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our Integration team and drive the development of our CRM Squad. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Azure-based integration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality integration services using Azure technologies.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of the CRM Squad.
  • Collaborate with the Software Development Manager and Principal Engineers to maintain and improve our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Testers to ensure robust solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Manage risks associated with our products and ensure a good support model is in place.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical developments and assess their relevance to our squad and overall team products.
Requirements
  • Experience as a C#/.NET Engineer with a strong background in integration development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and C# in an integration team.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, especially in a Cloud environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in team collaboration platforms.
