E-commerce Key Account Manager Role Overview

At MacGregor Black, we are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and develop a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces
* Monitor day-to-day rate of sale and PPM to keep in line with budgets
* Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles
* Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs
* Use a data-driven approach to draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives
* Continual UX adjustments/AB testing to drive conversion

Requirements:

* Proven track record working within a sales environment and results-driven
* E-commerce experience desirable
* Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management necessary
* Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends
