- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT solutions and services to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain effective supplier and partner relationships to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Implement, establish, and maintain IT systems while ensuring continuity.
- Lead project delivery to ensure the success of assigned projects.
- Cisco CCNA/CCENT certification.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- Previous experience as an IT Manager in a multi-site organization, preferably global and/or with a high degree of change.
- SaaS and Agile experience preferred.
- Experience defining, implementing, and improving IT policies and processes.
