Senior Legal Assistant - Residential Property Conveyancing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Conveyancing team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of conveyancing transactions, working closely with our solicitors and clients to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with solicitors to ensure accurate and efficient completion of conveyancing transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work
