Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Surrey (Hybrid working)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our client, a leading company in the audio industry. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new functionalities for our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the design and development of new functionalities
  • Develop software for ARM-based microcontrollers using C and/or C++
  • Test your own code, including devising test strategies and creating test harnesses where required, before handing over to the product testing team for acceptance testing

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Proficient in C and/or C++
  • Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers
  • Experience in developing multi-threaded applications
