We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our contract recruitment division, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.

Relocation Assistance: JMC Aviation is willing to provide support for candidates who may need to relocate for this position.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of £42,999 - £47,999, along with:

  • Annual Bonus (upon successful completion of the probationary period)
  • Modern, climate-controlled office with complimentary onsite parking

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing and managing contract recruitment operations
  • Ensuring contract recruitment is delivered within the established budget
  • Supporting and guiding all recruitment team members, keeping them informed of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Assisting recruitment team members in achieving individual goals and weekly placement targets
  • Overseeing administrative functions including contracts, referencing, compliance, travel management, and recruitment support
  • Enhancing customer relationships by identifying service delivery improvements
  • Collaborating with the Management Team to meet business requirements
  • Formulating and executing the company’s recruitment strategy
  • Fostering awareness of the recruitment strategy within the recruitment team
  • Building robust, long-term relationships both internally and externally
  • Reviewing and refining recruitment processes to implement improvements
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for the contract recruitment team
  • Participating in management meetings

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Outstanding management capabilities
  • Professional telephone communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and legal requirements
  • Prior experience in the recruitment sector
