About the Role

Culligan Shared Services is seeking a skilled Credit Control professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring timely cash collection across various accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Debt: Accurately record customer debt, communications, and outcomes in our ledgers.
  • Ensure Timely Cash Collection: Update records accordingly and ensure timely cash collection from customers.
  • Resolve Debt Cases: Negotiate and resolve debt cases with both internal and external customers.
  • Administer Customer Accounts: Maintain meticulous records of customer accounts and related case notes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with operational teams to address customer debt effectively and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year's experience in credit control or a related finance role.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, oral, and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in using ERP systems or financial software, familiarity with cash allocation and account reconciliation processes, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
