The team currently comprises five members and is looking for an individual who can facilitate the transition from junior to senior roles or step in at a senior level to support the firm's expansion.

A substantial part of this role involves delivering valuation insights to clients for various purposes, including:

  • Loan security
  • Financial reporting
  • Tax assessments

Clients will include major financial institutions, alternative lenders, property investors, local government bodies, and estate owners.

As a Valuation Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating professional relationships through effective networking both within the organization and externally.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing clear and concise valuation reports and offering strategic property advice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with familiarity in Argus Enterprise and development software (training available).
  • Experience in statutory, development, and investment valuations across various asset classes (training can be provided for development valuations).
