Job Title: IT Bid Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Bid Assistant to join our team in Leeds. As a Bid Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT aspects of client requests for information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client requirements to ensure accurate submission of Information Security and technical IT requirements.
  • Highlight risks and exceptions using standard responses and processes.
  • Maintain the Information Security & IT responses template.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Other duties required to support the IT and Information Security teams.
Requirements:
  • Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Team-player with attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organised, with good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Analytically minded, able to break down and understand information.
  • Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused with good organisational skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience of reviewing different documents, including contracts, RFIs, policies, handbooks, and questionnaires.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Leeds, with a salary of circa £30,000 DOE. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for IT and Information Security, we would love to hear from you.
