Key Responsibilities

As a vital part of the Mezzanine team, you will focus on delivering memorable and personalized experiences for our guests.

Essential Qualities:

  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership abilities when necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in event setups, cash handling, and personal grooming.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury setting is advantageous.
  • Communication: Proficient in English for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
Daily Duties
  • Promptly collect and serve food from the hot pass using butler trays.
  • Ensure all condiments for side orders, main courses, and starters are properly arranged on trays.
  • Prepare all mise-en-place in accordance with operational needs and departmental standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Restaurant mise en place to prevent breakages.
  • Assist Waiters/Waitresses to ensure seamless service delivery.
