Daniel Owen Ltd is collaborating with a prominent social housing organization located in North London, in search of a proficient Building Condition Assessor.
- Proficient in managing legal building condition cases
- Ensure that suitable commercial controls are established
- Oversee the commercial elements of the supply chain
- Accountable for supervising team members
- Familiarity with Schedule of Rates for Construction Works
Preferred experience in building maintenance surveying related to disrepair
Prior involvement in the social housing or local authority sector
Strong collaborator with exceptional communication abilities
Proactive work ethic
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required
Essential Knowledge:
- Understanding of the Social Housing, Building Contractor, and local authority sectors
- Proficient in IT and Excel
