Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Bondgate site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to agreed standards, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce waste.
  • Design, trial, and implement minor equipment modifications to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or equivalent experience. You will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of identifying and resolving technical issues. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
