Job Title: Postperson with Driving

About the Role:

• As a Postperson with Driving, you will be the face of Royal Mail Group in the community, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
• You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Adhere to Royal Mail Group's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25kg).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
