Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care outcomes.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for our residents.
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN/RMN).
  • Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference.
