Job Summary:
KFM Recruitment is seeking a skilled Hygiene Technician to join our team in the food industry. As a Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strip, clean, and rebuild machinery to ensure production schedules are maintained
- Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet industry standards
- Follow written work instructions and cleaning protocols
- Deep clean production areas and set up lines after cleaning
- Test run equipment and identify potential problems to report and act on
- Comply with all legal and company food handling and hygiene requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hygiene Technician
- Reliable and able to work at a fast pace
- Flexible to cover shifts, including 2pm-10pm
