This key role involves:

  • Collaborating with divisional leaders to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Creating and maintaining accurate P&L, working capital, CAPEX, and cash flow forecasts
  • Designing and implementing long-term project analytics to inform business strategy
  • Developing and delivering monthly Board reporting to ensure transparency and accountability

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting and FP&A, with a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • A self-motivated and inquiring mindset to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capability
  • A solid foundation in all aspects of financial accounting
  • Experience with project accounting and analytics is highly desirable

This role will involve a hybrid work arrangement, with three days spent in the Winnersh, Reading office.
