Job Title: Year 6 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 6 teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving attainment and creating engaging lessons for their students.

About the Role:
  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on each individual child's learning targets and encouraging their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide pastoral care for children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
  • Keep track of children's progress and report back to parents as necessary.

  • Our school is a two-form entry school located in a lovely residential area of Kent.
  • We have a friendly environment that welcomes early career teachers (ECTs) with open arms.
  • We aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through our supportive pastoral environment.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications (experienced teachers as well as ECTs are welcome to apply).
  • Ability to commute to Kent via public transport.
  • Experience teaching UKS2.
  • Confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
