Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, developing and implementing person-centered support plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision and recruitment
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Conduct care needs assessments and medication audits
  • Lead a team to ensure regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met
  • Manage the service's budget and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
