Job Title: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in York and surrounding areas. As a key member of our Intensive Home Treatment Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care and interventions aimed at stabilizing mental health crises and promoting recovery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence, dignity, privacy, and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care is provided.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Essential Criteria: A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in mental health care, experience working with patients in mental health crisis situations, and experience in multi-agency collaboration and working across service interfaces.
