Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of children
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and other professionals
- Promote the nursery to current and potential customers to support retention and occupancy growth
- Ensure commercial success of the nursery by maintaining expenditure and budget KPIs
