In this role, you'll be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and developing key performance indicators. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure the business is on track with financial goals.
As a Commercial Finance Analyst at AO, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from financial analysis and reporting to process improvements and automation. You'll be expected to be innovative, collaborative, and methodical in your approach.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
- KPI Development: Work with the finance team to define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators.
- Data Management: Maintain financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the finance commercial function.
- Be innovative: Have the ability to think out of your usual comfort zone.
- Be able collaboration: Be able to foster strong collaborative relationships throughout our business.
- Be methodical: Be able to adapt to fluctuating numbers, processes, and targets.

- Qualifications: CIMA or work-based experience.
