Simon Hegele is a leading provider of specialist logistics support to high-tech manufacturers and resellers. With a reputation for quality and professionalism, we operate globally with a custom-designed 120,000 square foot logistics facility in the UK.

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous individual to support our Financial Controller with financial administration tasks. This role may suit an experienced finance administrator or an up-and-coming administrator looking to hone their accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices in XERO, allocate cost codes, and update purchase order records
  • Raise monthly sales invoices in XERO
  • Reconcile credit card, fuel card, and petty cash transactions and post associated entries
  • Post and reconcile the company's bank accounts
  • Liaise daily with colleagues in Germany for group reporting purposes
  • Collate data and prepare payroll spreadsheet for the external payroll bureau
  • Support Managers and Directors with ad-hoc projects
