Job Overview

Shape IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, high-assurance systems for major industry clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative architecture solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Architecture Solutions
    • Develop and implement medium to large-scale architecture solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth transitions from design to delivery.
  • Lead Technical Design Discussions
    • Lead technical design discussions and make critical design decisions to ensure the successful implementation of architecture solutions.
    • Resolve complex challenges and ensure compliance with data practices, security frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security
    • Ensure that all architecture solutions meet the required security and compliance standards.
    • Identify non-functional requirements and integrate them into technical designs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of architecture solutions.
    • Communicate technical designs and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience
    • Proven experience in infrastructure design, preferably with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
  • Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with technologies like VMware, Windows (SharePoint, Exchange), and security solutions (SIEM, MFA, PKI).
  • Security Clearance
    • Candidates must possess or be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with potential to obtain UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
