Job Role: Night Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming presence for clients entering the service, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.
  • Offer informal support and a listening ear to clients, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Respond to incoming calls and manage client interactions within the building, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Conduct regular checks and monitor CCTV to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of communal areas, promoting a healthy and hygienic living space.
  • Attend to basic First Aid incidents until professional help arrives, providing immediate care and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage night services, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in verbal and written English, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in IT and keyboard skills, facilitating efficient record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Self-motivated and polite, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
