About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our Employment Team in Bristol or Bedwas. As an Associate Solicitor, you will work closely with our team of solicitors, paralegals, and legal assistants to provide exceptional levels of responsibility and supervision.

Our Team

The Employment Team is a dedicated and hard-working group of around 30 professionals. We pride ourselves on our levels of supervision, internal career progression, and a detailed careers pathways programme. Our strong values culture means you will be closely supported and mentored by your colleagues.

What We Do

The Employment Team deals with all aspects of employment law, including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers. Our work is varied and no two cases are the same. You will gain real "hands on" experience across a broad range of claims and defences.

About You

We are looking for candidates with employment litigation experience who can demonstrate excellent working knowledge of employment law and procedure, the ability to run a caseload, and excellent client care skills.
