Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, including Sales, Service, and Parts Managers, to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance dealership performance.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, support, and care throughout their interaction with our dealership.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the dealership operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in motor trade management, with a strong track record of achieving business objectives.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of sales and service principles, as well as excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per year.
