We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Accounts Technician to join our team at IDEX Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-based accounts and ensuring efficient financial operations within the company.

The main purpose of this role is to maintain accurate financial records, prepare payment runs, and run fortnightly credit control reports. You will also be responsible for addressing queries from banks, clients, and brokers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing payment runs and managing cash flow
  • Running fortnightly credit control reports and addressing queries
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Cash matching and allocating, preparing statements for underwriters, clients, and third-party accounts
  • Chasing outstanding premiums and managing un-reconciled receipts
