The Team
The Group Operations Technology team comprises several units dedicated to delivering and maintaining essential systems for our business users. We are actively transitioning our technology infrastructure to the cloud while re-architecting our technology stack.
This team collaborates closely with Group Operations and internal Technology stakeholders to develop a robust and scalable technology platform.
Our Private Assets Technology division supports key business areas, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Debt & Credit Alternatives, utilizing both custom and vendor systems to deliver shared and specialized functionalities.
This position centers on our eFront Platform, where our primary objective is to provide value through technological expertise and effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze functional, business, and technical requirements to create adaptable, strategic solutions
• Implement configuration changes on the eFront Platform
• Set standards and project methodologies through exemplary leadership
• Facilitate Agile project delivery
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to refine user stories and features for the delivery team
• Assist the delivery lead with ad-hoc analysis and planning tasks
• Generate management information and documentation for senior stakeholders
• Support the delivery team in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through self-organization
• Propose innovative ideas and methods to elicit change requests from the business
• Address ad-hoc queries from business users
• Oversee the complete project and delivery lifecycle through to implementation
• Advocate for and develop standards for change management.
Qualifications and Experience Required
• Over 5 years of experience in Private Assets and Change/Technology
• Extensive experience with eFront, covering core workflows (analysis and configuration)
• Strong background in business analysis or a similar change-oriented role
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Proven ability to manage relationships and engage with both Business and Technology stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in delivering within large-scale programs
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to analysis
• Proactive and focused on delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
• International Diploma in Business Analysis
• Basic professional qualifications related to the asset management sector (IMC, FAI).
