Key Responsibilities:- Manage the development and delivery of print and digital content across the movement, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Provide guidance and support to the Content Assistant(s), Development Hub Assistant, and Content Administrator, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Liaise with staff at all levels to plan and develop content, leveraging diverse project management styles and approaches.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on content processes to enhance staff capabilities and efficiency.
- Oversee the workflow and tasks of a large team to achieve the delivery of print and digital content on time and within budget.
- Manage content budgets for specific projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the principles, implications, and potential of multi-channel content distribution, driving innovation and excellence in content delivery.
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional 5 days to volunteer on a Scripture Union event.
