About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Wiltshire. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive property inspections in customers' homes, managing a varied and challenging workload, and working independently with our automated scheduling system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out responsive property inspections in customers' homes
  • Manage a varied and challenging workload
  • Work independently with our automated scheduling system
  • Investigate damp, condensation, and mould
  • Oversee minor works and refurbishment work
  • Share knowledge and advise on construction defects
  • Work with maintenance colleagues to schedule repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant technical qualification in Building, Surveying, Planning, or a similar field
  • Significant experience working in the construction industry
  • Previous experience of working in social housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management and organizational skills
