About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a mental health hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
