About this Role:
The Conveyancing Team Leader will assist in managing day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and contributing to the development of effective processes and procedures. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for conveyancing and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of Case Progressors and Client Advisors to ensure the efficient progression of conveyancing cases.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the conveyancing department.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a conveyancing or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
