Cleaning Operative

Clean4Shaw Facilities Management Ltd is a family-owned business that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. We are currently expanding our team and seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to fill our Part-Time Cleaning Role in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Polishing, buffing, wiping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards.
- Cleaning toilets, emptying bins, and removing rubbish to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Replenishing supplies, including toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap, to maintain a well-stocked facility.
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times, ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
- Addressing client requests promptly and courteously, and reporting any issues or concerns to the line manager.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but full training is provided for the right candidate.
- Attention to detail and good verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility, with a flexible approach to work.
- Some positions may require a full UK driving license.
