Senior Electrical & ICA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical & ICA Engineer to join our team in Exeter or Bristol offices with hybrid working available. As a key member of our engineering team, you will report directly to the Principal Engineer or Regional Discipline Lead and be responsible for providing superior quality Engineering Design services to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively, considering all costs associated with the design and construction.
  • Ensure the utilization of standard practices and maintain competitiveness by providing estimates and feedback for the Proposals department.
  • Work within established procedures and processes to ensure the continuous development of the department, including the development of new procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate designs with all other disciplines internal and external to MWH Treatment to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate files and records throughout the duration of contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and recognize its impact on achieving other objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a personal development plan and assist in supervising and developing staff.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff and minimize waste from departmental activities.
  • Design solutions that take into account environmental issues and health and safety requirements.
