Key Responsibilities:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring adherence to kitchen and food safety standards. We encourage our culinary staff to explore various kitchen sections to enhance their skills and knowledge, including hot and cold sections, larder, sauces, and butchery.

In this crucial role, you will assist in managing inventory and minimizing waste, while also contributing to menu planning and development.
